Each jewel is made by hand and realised specifically for the customer in 5 working days, following the date of receipt of the order.

PAYMENTS

The payment method is PayPal. Payment is made securely with the PayPal platform: all Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Postepay, American Express, Carta Aura cards are accepted. You can use this payment method even if you are not registered with PayPal.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the end of the order, before definitive confirmation, based on the shipping address indicated.

DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday and entrusted to our shipping partners whose choice is at our discretion, usually by standard courier (GLS / UPS / BRT) with an estimated time of 48h in Italy.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

Receive an e-mail confirming the shipment as soon as your order is sent to the courier and then you will get the link to be able to monitor the delivery of the package. If you do not receive any e-mail from IF, check that it is not marked as “junk mail or spam” in your e-mail account and check that you have correctly entered your e-mail when registering the account or contact us. No responsibility can be attributed to Ilaria Fiorentini in case of delay in delivery due to deficiencies or defaults by the courier. To avoid unpleasant delays or problems with delivery, it is essential to provide a shipping address in which a person is always present at the time of collection of the package. We do not deliver by appointment.
